Kindergarten Registration Dates: Thursday, June 11         1:00 – 3:00 P.M.

 Age Requirements: Your child must be 5 years old by Dec. 2, 2009

 Boundary Requirements: Please check with us to make sure you live within Ericson’s boundaries.

 Information you will need to bring:   -      Immunization records for your child

                                                     -      Proof of residence (a utility bill such as gas & electric, cable TV, water, showing your name and address) OR a mortgage or rental agreement showing your name and address OR documents addressed to you from the Dept. of Social Services OR tax payment receipts).
